Are teaching courses right for me?
Our teaching courses are ideal for new homeschool parents as well as for parents entering a new grade level. They’ll guide you through teaching and learning theory and give you practical ways to implement these in your homeschool through lived experiences. We cover all types of homeschooling and their pros and cons – from unschooling to co-ops and everything in between.
Do you offer virtual consultations?
Yes! Your enrollment includes quarterly consultation calls with a homeschool expert. We’ll cover how the school year is going and what adjustments you may need to make. For new users, we offer a free 30 minute consultation call to see if Moment to Learn is right for you.
How much do your services cost?
We offer two pricing models. Family Pack is our all-inclusive option that gives you access to our entire range of offerings, including teaching courses and Labs. We recommend this for parents with 3+ children or parents who are interested in implementing many labs throughout the school year. You are also able to purchase individual courses and Labs.
Will my student need an account?
We do not offer direct-to-student content, as we aim to limit the time students spend on electronic devices and maximize time spent learning. Because of this, families share one account, and students normally won’t have access to online content. For some Labs, there may be videos for students and parents to watch together. If you need an additional access point for another parent or an older student, we offer an additional login option.
Is my child’s education valid in my country?
Moment to Learn does not issue or administer school records. However, we work with Royal Hollow Academy for students that need record keeping as our official umbrella school. Inquire today to find out how to add this service.

What are Labs?
Labs are courses shared by individual teachers, parents, and creators to enhance your child’s homeschool journey. They may include printable materials, videos, and a lesson plan.
So is it just an online class?
Labs are not another online class your child logs in for. Rather, they are a parent-led resource to enhance your homeschool. Some labs serve as a full course, while others may be add on activities, “homework” assignments, projects, or exams to monitor learning progress.
How much do labs cost?
Since labs are created by individuals, pricing varies. However, you get full access to labs with the all-inclusive Family Pack.
